1. Membership Discount:

• Members are entitled to the specified discount (e.g., 30% for monthly, 20% for quarterly, or 10% for bi-annual) on all window cleaning services during the active membership period.

2. Scheduling Priority:

• Members receive priority scheduling, ensuring convenient appointment slots that suit your schedule.

3. Rain Guarantee:

• The Rain Guarantee remains in effect for all members. If rain spots your windows within two weeks of service, we’ll provide a complimentary touch-up.

4. Membership Duration:

• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis, corresponding to the chosen frequency (monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual).

5. Cancellation Policy:

• Members may cancel their membership at any time, without a cancellation fee.
• In the event of cancellation, the amount discounted on the last window cleaning service will be due upon cancellation. This amount will be calculated based on the membership discount applicable to that service.

6. Violations:

• We reserve the right to terminate a membership for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.

7. Payment:

• Payment for membership and window cleaning services is processed according to the chosen frequency and payment method specified during enrollment.

8. Service Availability:

• Membership benefits, including discounts and priority scheduling, are subject to service availability in your area and may be limited during peak seasons.

9. Changes to Membership:

• We reserve the right to make changes to the membership program, including discounts and benefits, with prior notice to members.
